Vivien Lee
Vivien Lee, Senior Consultant, is a member Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and has worked with Lowe & Company, Business and Immigration Lawyers in Company, Business, and Immigration Law for over 20 years. Vivien was sworn in as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of British Columbia in June of 1999 after completing her professional training and studies at the University of British Columbia.
Vivien offers expert advice on Canadian immigration and Canadian business practices in fluent English, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects. She has successfully helped clients immigrate to Canada from over 50 countries. Having handled challenging immigration cases across many categories, focusing pointedly on the particular needs of each client has become Vivien’s second nature. Even practical details such as timely trip planning, children’s educational needs, medical insurance, and other issues important to newly immigrated families are carefully covered.
Besides a full schedule of consulting with clients, Vivien is invited frequently to give public addresses on Canadian Immigration and related subjects. She is interviewed by the media, both locally and nationally, on TV, radio, and print. Her recent interviews and talks include a CTV television feature on the Challenges of Canadian Immigration and a documentary (in collaboration with the People’s Law School) exploring Social Issues of New Immigrants to Canada.
As a Notary Public, Vivien also practises, among other things, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, and other commercial transactions. She is a Director of Hope 2Offer, a Canadian charitable organization offering generous humanitarian assistance to some of the poorest people groups in the world.
